(MT-01) Stage 3 ECU with minor mods

Hello to all,

I own a 2006 MT-01 with akrapovic full system (without O2 sensor). Recently I came upon a stage 3 ECU (Ebay). Since I do not intend in modifying the internals of my engine, would it be beneficial to get the stage 3 ECU and have it installed with or without a PC5? What performance can I expect?
